CleanMy turns real-world cleaning into earned screen time. Photograph a messy space, our AI gives you specific cleaning tasks, you clean, snap an after photo, and the apps you chose to lock unlock for the time you earned. Getting started
- Download CleanMy and open it.
- Choose how you want to use it: just for yourself, or to set up a child's device so they earn screen time by cleaning.
- Pick the apps you want to lock. iOS will ask your permission to manage Screen Time. You can change or remove these apps at any time.
- Tap "Let's clean," photograph the space, complete the tasks, and snap an after photo. The locked apps unlock for the time you earned.
How do I lock or unlock apps?
App locking uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) on the device.
- To turn it on: open CleanMy, go to Settings, and choose the apps to lock.
- To turn it off: unselect your apps in CleanMy, or open the iOS Settings app and go to Screen Time and remove CleanMy's permission. Turning it off is always one step away and never requires our approval.
How do I set up my child's device?
CleanMy is set up by a parent, in person, on the child's device. During setup you choose the apps to lock and confirm with Sign in with Apple. Your child then earns screen time by cleaning. Children never see prices, never make purchases, and have no public profile. You review and approve anything before it could ever be shared.
How do I reset my PIN?
The PIN protects Settings on a child's device. If you forget it, reinstalling the app does not clear it (it is stored securely on the device). Email support and we will help you reset it.
CleanMy Plus subscription
CleanMy Plus is one membership that covers your whole family and includes 30 AI-verified cleaning sessions every month, shared by everyone you pair. Earning screen time with the free Quick Clean timer is always available at no cost.
- Manage or cancel: open CleanMy, go to Settings, then Cleans, then Manage Subscription. You can also manage it in the iOS Settings app under your name and Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the current period ends.
- Restore a purchase: if you reinstall or switch devices, tap Restore Purchases on the CleanMy Plus screen.
- Refunds: refunds are handled by Apple through your purchase history.
How do I report content or block someone?
Every post in the public feed has a "Report inappropriate content" action, and every comment can be reported. Reported content disappears from your view right away and is sent to our team for review, with a 24 hour response goal. You can also block a user so you no longer see their posts or comments. How do I delete my account?
Open CleanMy, go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. This permanently removes your cleans, your balance, your posts, and your account. It cannot be undone.
